OilivingLife was born from a simple belief: self-care should feel beautiful, intentional, and uncomplicated.
We create thoughtfully formulated skincare and wellness products with botanical oils, plant extracts, clays, and carefully selected ingredients—bringing nature into simple, meaningful everyday rituals.
But the story of OilivingLife began long before the brand itself.
Founder Patricia grew up in Brazil, surrounded by nature and a family who valued growing, making, and caring for things by hand. Her childhood home had a backyard filled with fruits, vegetables, herbs, and small animals, creating an early connection to the natural world that stayed with her.
Much of that connection was shaped by both sides of Patricia’s family. With grandparents from Portugal and Italy, she grew up surrounded by a way of life rooted in simplicity—gardens filled with fruits, vegetables, and herbs, animals in the backyard, and food made from scratch with care.
Her grandmothers, in particular, carried a deep knowledge of herbs, plants, and traditional ways of caring for their families. Those everyday rituals, passed down through generations, became an early and lasting inspiration for OilivingLife.
Later, Patricia’s family moved to Manaus, in the heart of the Brazilian Amazon, where that connection grew even deeper. Surrounded by extraordinary fruits, nuts, plants, flowers, and botanicals, ingredients like açaí and Brazilian superfruits were simply part of everyday life long before they became known around the world.
Years later, in a tiny apartment kitchen in New York, those memories and influences came together and OilivingLife began.
What started with handmade formulas became a brand shaped by Patricia’s Brazilian roots, family traditions, love of botanicals, and belief that taking care of yourself can be both simple and special.
Today, OilivingLife brings those influences into modern skincare and wellness rituals inspired by nature and made for everyday life.
