OilivingLife was created with passion and commitment to deliver all-natural, handmade skincare products that are non-toxic, safe, and highly effective. Your skin is the largest organ of your body and since your skin is porous, it will absorb whatever you put on it! So that's why it is so important to pay close attention to the ingredients in our skincare products. If the products that you choose to use contain harmful ingredients such as harsh, toxic chemicals, colors, and fragrances, those ingredients will make their way into your body, your blood and lymphatic system. There is NO reason to load our bodies with tons of chemicals used by conventional beauty products! OilivingLife's mission is to only use ingredients and materials that are safe for our bodies and the environment!
On a personal note my passion for nature and a natural life style originated during my childhood in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We had a big backyard and my family grew all kinds of fruits, veggies, herbs, and raised small animals. We had a lot of help from my grandparents born and raised in a little tiny village in Portugal where they had to farm to provide for their family before they moved to Brazil. In particular my grandmother was amazingly knowledgable about herbs and food as natural medicines. She definitely was and is the main inspiration to create OilivingLife and I miss her so very much!
My exposure to nature expanded in a level I never could have imagined when my family moved to Manaus, capital of Amazon State in Brazil, where we learned that Amazon with all it natural resources was awesome with the most diverse animals, plants, flowers, and trees in the world! I grew up drinking açai smoothies, eating all kinds of nuts and fruits 20 years ago that people today are now discovering. I loved everything about it living in Manaus and feel blessed that I was so close exposed to nature at such a young age.
With the creation of my brand OilivingLife I have the chance to wrap up all my life experiences and make my dream come true, that started in a tiny apartment kitchen in Mamaroneck, NY to make products that are all-natural with no harmful ingredients. As more and more people are concerned about what they put IN their bodies, but mostly important do you really know what you putting ON your body?
